Most clients start with a fixed-price first step: a 5-day AI Opportunity Sprint (£4,950), a 5-day Rescue Audit (£3,950) or a 10-day Prototype (£12,500). Full builds are priced per milestone and typically start from £30k. Embedded teams start from £9,500 a month. You'll always get a fixed price before we start.
After a paid Sprint, Prototype or Audit we know your scope well enough to price each milestone. If our estimate turns out wrong on the agreed scope, we finish at our cost. New ideas you add along the way are priced before any work starts, so there are no surprise invoices.
You do. Code lives in your GitHub from the first commit, infrastructure runs in your cloud accounts, and IP transfers to you on payment. There are no proprietary frameworks and no hostage situations.
Yes. Retainers are 30-day rolling. If you leave, we give you a documented handover and a walkthrough for your next team at no extra charge.
